Inviting the crones who have experienced and gone through menopause and those entering the "change"!

This is an opportunity for the wise elder women to give advice, stories of their personal experiences and guidance to younger women who are just entering the years of perimenopause or menopause and have lots of questions.

A causal, unstructured night of social interaction, story-telling, and guidance. One thing our American communities lack greatly is guidance from community elders. Women's journeys do not have enough community support and interaction so this is a natural step forward.

Event details: Doors will already be open so just come on in. There's seating scattered throughout the building, intended to encourage roaming from one area to another, both inside and outside. One-on-one conversations or group chatter are

all encouraged. There's no one area of the property we'll all convene at once. Feel free to bring your own lawn chair if you desire. Tea, coffee, water, and some snacks will be provided but feel free to bring a dish if you so choose.

There will be bowls with printed questions to grab from for conversation starters.

We hope to grow this into an event for a larger space in time so we will do our best to make this a regular event.

Let us know if you're coming so we have an idea of numbers. Call or text 540-431-1515 or email us at oldthymemedicine@gmail.com
