In healing ourselves, we heal the Earth and the plants help us remember what it means to be whole. Each and every herb has a particular signature, a particular voice, and every effect we feel from them tells a story of how they came to be. Their story becomes a part of our story and ours, theirs. The plant people have traveled with us through thousands and thousands of years and shared in our many evolutions. They are constant to our human experience.
