What Are The Ingredients In The Mediums I Use On Clients?

1. For sessions involving acute pain and discomfort, my medium of choice is Ayurveda's "muscle comfort massage cream" made distributed by Soothing Touch.


Ingredients include: Filtered Water, Octyl Palmitate/Sunglower (Helianthus annuus) Oil/ Soybean (Glycine Soja) Oil/ Canola Oil (Brassica napus) Oil/ Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Stearic Avid, Sorbic Acid (and) Phenoxyethanol (and) Caprylyl Glycol, Triethanolamine, Glyceryl Stearate and PEG 100 Stearate, Allantoin, Chamomile (Chamomilla recutita) Extract, Peppermint (Mentha piperita) Oil, Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) Oil, Clove Bud (Eugenia caryophyllus) Oil, Sweet Almond (prunus amygalus dulcis) Oil, Sesame (Sesamum indicum) Oil, Basil (Ocimum basillicum) Essential Oil, Sage (Salvia officinalis) Essential Oil, Natural Sandlewood Fragrance, Calendula (Calendula officinalis) Oil, Arnica (Arnica cordifolia) Extract, St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) Extract, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) Root Extract, Natural Vitamin E (Tocapherol), Aloe Vera (Aloe barbedensis) Gel.


Medium is Paraben Free, Phthalate Free, Vegan, and Made in USA


2. For most other sessions or if there is a known allergy, I use Sacred Earth, botanicals.


Ingredients include: Organic Helianthus annuus (Sunflower) Seed oil, and/or Organic Carthamus tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil, Organic Olea europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Organic Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Non-GMO d-alpha Tocopherol (Natural Vitamin E)
